Shipping Policy

At Achmey.in, we are committed to delivering your favourite fragrances promptly and securely across India. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • Serviceable Areas: We deliver to over 26,000 pin codes across India.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Placement Time: Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • Peak Periods: During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may extend slightly.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times post-dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges: An additional ₹99 is applicable for COD orders.

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000.
  • Serviceable Areas: COD is offered in select pin codes. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Only Indian Rupees (INR) are accepted.
    • Full payment is required at the time of delivery.
    • Packages can be opened only after payment is made.
  • Limitations: A maximum of 3 COD orders can be placed per customer per day.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete when placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@achmey.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs/unboxing video as proof.
  • We will promptly assist you with a resolution (replacement, refund, or reshipment as applicable).
