At Achmey.in, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible service. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.
2. Return Window
- Notification Period: You must inform us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Return Period: Eligible products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email support@achmey.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the problem.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Package the Product: Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our team.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@achmey.in.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
